Hi, I'm having problems with go debt, back in 04 my now ex husband took a yes car fianance out, during our divorce in 07 it was made clear that the money owing was his responsibility. End of last year I had a letter from go debt, saying I owe money in the region of 7,500. The letter is in my new married name nee my ex surname.
