Hi, I hope somone can help or advise me these posts have been reallt helpful so far and it is only by chance i found this forum as i have had no corspondance from NRAM. I borrowed about 18K back in 2007 when i got a together mortgage. I settled the loan last year in November so only have my regular mortgage to pay. As i said i recieved nothing from NR so called them yesterday, a guy to my details and said he would pass it on for someone to investigate. As i have paid of the loan, i did it by making over payments etc through the years and additional one of payments will this effect me, do you think i will be entitled to a cash payout or will any monies due (if lucky enough) be refunded into my mortgage balance outstanding.
