I owe Cap 1 less than £900 and I have been paying £5 per month for the last 12 months due to having no income (living off partner's wage) and I have written to Cap1 offering a full & final settlement of £300 payable in 7 days, they wrote back and said its not in their criteria??? Has anyone else had this?? has anyone been succesful with a full & final? should I write back or just lie down and hide and carry one with my £5 per month. Any thoughts ideas would be apprciated
