  1. Sorry Mike dont get your post, clicked on the link and it was about an indian call centre?????
  2. Thanks dx100 have redone, but for some reason it hasnt calculated the months column or the interest.I did everything as before
  3. Thanks for making that clear,I have done the £12 charges one.will re do the PPI ONE.
  4. So basically remove the interest charge yes? and do a seperate one for the interest charges ??? with the one for the £12 late payments that will be 3 sheets to send off,is that correct. The PPI is the one that comes under extra care advantage. Sorry thought it was going to well.
  5. The dates are to show when that took the extra care charge (PPI) and on the right hand column is the interest charge they put on my account for the BNPL. Why do I need to put the APR ??? The APR they applied was for BNPL and I entered that on the other sheet.
  6. dx100uk have mailed you the 2nd one,cn you check it over please, many thanks
  7. Phew thanks onward and upward,so much easier when I can get it to you that way. uh oh fos lead me to it and what will that one be for?? Blimey calculating all those charges, think they owe me money lol its more than the bill.
  8. Okay I'll have to up load it to photobucket and go from there its the only way I know how. No cant even get it to go on there. Is there an e mail for this forum that I could send it to.
  9. Well by gum you learn something new everyday> Im going to fill out the other one, print off keeping copy for myself and post them off.
  10. Kinda its more columns than spreadsheet, but for the admin charges I have added the interest rate they charge for BNPL is that correct, will do similar one for PPI and include the interest as well? Yeh form as in post 58.
  11. Sorry explaining this to me must be as frustrating as my trying to understand any of it. The item I downloaded has columns no spreadsheet, I actually have never dealt with a spreadsheet. Not sure now I have even downloaded the right thing. Can I not just highlight all the £12 admin charges, then the same with the advantage cover charges(PPI) and add a covering letter saying I will pay after they take off all the charges which amount to £2425. Sorry for making this into an epic but I am not a techno person and always need step by step instruction on doing anything thats not staring me in the face.
  12. Im sorry I dont understand how to do any of those things. Can I not just e mail it to someone. Im not a techno at all.
  13. Can you tell me how to post my completed form, tried cut and paste didnt work.
  14. Ive completed the one for the admin charges, anyway I can send it to you to see if I have done it correctly.I entered interest rate for that too,or is that not appropriate. Im sorry so many question but its a minefield for a novice. When completed I post them to them with accompaning letter I assume.
  15. Thanks got it at last lol, thats the one I downloaded. So I complete one for PPI and one for the admin charges???? If I enter their interest rate of which they charge me for buy now pay later which is 39.7 is that what I enter on just the admin charges or both claims.
  16. Yes the fosci sheet is like a form to me, on the left where I put my info etc.
  17. When its filled in then I assume I print it off, never done a spread sheet in my life. Have now downloaded and saved when I click on notes a big spread sheet comes up, so confused do I fill that or the claim form.
  18. Cant see a cell d15 sorry could you somehow highlight the correct spreadsheet I should of printed off as Im being really blonde about all this.
  19. Need help drowning, I tried printing of the form but it didnt come out complete on A4 ? When it comes to the section saying claim calculation I understand total charges as the total of all the admin charges of £12 incurred and the same for the PPI What is compound interest box for and how do I fill it in. Also on part which says personal details there is a part interest rate APR what goes there. I have totted up both charges and its a lot specially the PPI. Need simplified step by step help please. Think I may have printed off wrong form, confused.
  20. Sorry confused use their APR for what? and will one spreadsheet be enough for both PPI and late payment charges,if not can you tell me which two I need to download, thanks again.
