Hi try e mailing cosec@landofleather.net i got call the same day, i did have to threaten to go to court, my local newspaper who were interested in story and i also coppied in trading standards, i also advised of the many stories on this site, offered rufund straight away. i m sure your local paper would jump at the story at leaving a familly with new baby without anything to sit on. no one wants that kind of bublicity i know the likes of DFS offer a suite if necessary until you get refund i work in customer services, never have i had to deal with such unproffessional people! good luck!

Hi there i have read lots of threads from others with regards to their sofas fading colour/lop sided i just want to let you guys know I won my battle! they are coming to collect my old sofa next week, getting a full refund and paying them 230.00 for cost of wear for the duration of of having the suite. not tempting fate, i will wait until i receive a cheque and will advise you guys still having probs how i managed to get this resolved,who to speak to and what i said Thanks to you guys who have posted here it gave me the push to get things moving regarding my discrace of a suite

hi all i have received a letter from bank to offer 750.00 and to take this as their final response? do i take the 750.00 and advise that il accept this as a part payment only and will continue to persue the charges previous to the 6 years already offered? ( can i do this??) or do i say no thank you and send a cheque back? will they expect me to send back the cheque if i write and tell them im only accepting as part payment?a your help is appreciated

Im so annoyed after my 3rd request for copy statements to be sent I finally received them, but only for the last 6 years, even after specifically requesting all statements from the date i joined the bank! in the letter i received i was advised if i wanted back dated copies before the 6 years id have to ask them and they are allowed another 40 days to full fill my request!! nothing but delay tacticts!! i know they are hoping that il forget it. anyone else experienced the same?? just trying to Gee myself up a little getting no where fast :-|

its been over 40 days since i sent letter asking for bank charges, today i receive a letter to appoogise for the delay and explaining that they are still not in a position to respond fully to my complaint. they have asid im in my rights to contact the ombudsman if im unhappy with the delay looking at some of the posts im not sure what to do next? some seem to say i can send a further letter giving 7 days, and then apply to courtsome to complain to ombudsman? what should i do? any help appreciated guys

yea i sent payment with letter, unfortunatley with no proof ! arrgghh im so determined! im usually such a wall flower when it comes to confrontation etc, but these charges have caused me and my familly so much distress, ive been at my whits end. Its nice to know i can get such helpful advice here going to do things by the book from now on:???:

well its such a long saga.its taken me 40 days of complaining for them to say they havnt even recieived my cheque for 10.00 for copy of my statements! they have gone on say that once they receive my 10.00 they have a further 40 days to process this!! i can see this going on for years at this rate lol it was 40 days exact!

hi there, im soooo very confused i have asked my bank Lloyds TSB for a copy of my statements from last 6 years they have sent a letter back to me that says the following: "we are following 'guidelines about 'default ' charges that doesnt apply to your charges??? as these were for dealing with your request to go over your agreed overdraught limit, they are not default charges because you havnt broken your agreement? they are our prices for the service we provide in these situations." is this right guys?? this bank has charged me charge on top of charge, as soon as my pay went into the bank it was all taken up in charges! i really dont know where to go from here
