Hi people. First time user looking for advice please. I will keep it short. Im a compulsive gambler who used payday loans to fund my addiction. Through the help of my sister paying them off we then asked for the accounts to be disabled. I got an email from quickquid telling me my account was disabled. Just before xmas i went of the rails and under the influence of alcohol i stupidly tried quickquid for a loan. Got it no problem and even got a top up aswell. £900+interest owed. I emailed them last week asking how i could get credit when my account was disabled. They replied saying they have no record of acc being disable even.though i have conformation. I phoned up and spoke to a helpful guy who told me he could see the email sent to me about the account being disabled so he said he would give me an extra discount. How generous! (Not) So ive payed £700 back with £380 left to pay on the 24th. In a ideal world id rather pay the £200 back and be done with the loan instead of giving them £180 interest but i do accept responsability for my actions. Does anyone think i have a case so i could just pay the remaining £200 and be done with it? Thanks in advance
