it is ESA, and i have high anxiety levels which stops me from meeting people and going out of the house. i try and go out but have to back inside. i rely on my family to help me.

im appealing and i need my dr to write a good letter to support me. but he's never been very understanding about my mental health and i know he wont give me a good letter. i dont know what to do, as ive had anxiety and depression all my life and dont know what he's wrote in my notes. im worried sick about it all, as i have appointment very soon . so i thought i would go to a different doctor and hope i get a good letter.
