Hi all, I urgently need an advice and where to make my complain about scottish power. we woke up on saturday moning about 6.am and realised we have no light, I topped up 20pounds on friday so it was shocking. everytin was not working in d house, my husband quickly went to the neighbour's around 9.am after trying to no avail. put a call to scottis kept sending him up and down to check the meter and to take a code to the office licence and he was sent to as far as woolich to get another key all that did not work still. I am pregnant and I have a 3 year old who does not understand we have no light even after explaining to him .we put a call back to scottish power again about the 4th time and they said its not from them we should contact the council. my partner even asked them to send an engineer but they didn't bulge. we called council within 2hours the engineer came and checked everything and said its the meter thats the problem is from scottish power. we went back again calling 0845 no from my neighbour's flat that we will pay the bill when it comes, not scottish power started transferring us up and down and they said its not their department, this was on till around 6pm no luck. Sunday we could not cook or anything, most of my foods was spoilt and. This morning monday we called them again and they wanted to start tossing us around again, my hubby said no we have heard enough of this that they should send an engineer down .right now an engineer is here without the hope of it been fixed say my fuse is connected to my neighbours .I need some advise please
