The Bank have agreed to refund the premiums which I paid over a 12 year period from November 2000 which amounts to £915.87. In addition they are prepared to pay"Gross Interest at FOS rate" on that sum less tax at 20% which amounts to 59.50. I asked for a detailed breakdown of how the interest figure was calculated but have not had a reply. Is the interest reasonable or am I entitled to more? -

Have most of the statements. The Bank are offering to repay the PPI in full plus a small payment by way of interest. I have asked them how the interest was calculated and await their reply. I want to be in a position to respond if I disagree with their calculation. -
I have an ongoing complaint relating to mis-sold PPI in respect of a RBS credit card. I have received an offer from the Bank refunding the payments made together with interest at the FOS rate. Before I reply to the Bank I would like to know what interest am I entitled to claim in respect of the PPI payments I made? I paid off the amounts outstanding on the credit card at the end of each month.
