Hi there. A debt collection agency recently sent me letters about a loan I took out in 2004. Instead of sending letters to me at my home address, they sent them addressed to me at my elderly parents address! I don't know where they got that address from, I do not want them to receive anymore letters for me, obviously, but how do I go about changing the address. I've thought about the debt and the last time anything was paid was in 2007 so as I understand it still isn't statute barred. How do I deal with this? Thankyou
