£90 on the electric and around £200 on the gas. It's going to take a few charges for the meters to reset so it'll end up being a bit more. Briggy -

Thanks, I spoke to them earlier and they're insisting that they put it on the meter. Do I have any right to choose how I'm paid? I'm not really sure what I'm doing, sorry. Briggy -
Hi, I was granted a DRO in July but neither EDF (electric) nor BG (gas) reset my prepayment meters to take off the debt. Apparently they 'forgot', and to be fair I didn't realise that they hadn't. So I'm now due a refund from both of them. Can I ask for cash (and expect to get it) or do I have to accept a refund straight onto my meter?
