The 3rd letter came threatening court action Could i e-mail them or must it be a letter through the post?

The 2nd letter came today, Should i wait for the 3rd or send my letter to them now?

Hi, Ive had the same letter pretty much. Just cos i sprayed deodrant on my self. I've read this thread and i was wondering what to do next? Did they take you to court Weezul?
