  1. Brilliant, Thanks. I will send them the letter tomorrow morning. This might sound like a stupid question (i've only just turned 18 so not clued up on things) but what does "denying liability" Actually mean?

Should payment not be made during the course of the next 7 days we will consider commencing Court Proceedings to recover the sum outstanding.   3. The 3rd letter came threatening court action Could i e-mail them or must it be a letter through the post?
  4. The 2nd letter came today, Should i wait for the 3rd or send my letter to them now?

  7. Hi, Ive had the same letter pretty much. Just cos i sprayed deodrant on my self. I've read this thread and i was wondering what to do next? Did they take you to court Weezul?
