had my car fixed new gearbox + clutch in aug/sept all good. heater not working now went to same garage to book it in needed new tyre so while out went to garage round corner from other garage, to get new on, guess wot no wheel locking nut rang rich he dont no so came home rang garage where gearbox done asked them they said they had 1 but didnt no if off my car took it to them they had a box full but not mine after 40 mins of trying them in the end they broke it off so i could get tyre fixed the man said they would have to order me some in, so as i had to take my car back for heater thought ok took car today said they would ring me with a price then they would book it in to be fixed, walked home over 3 hrs later they ring to say cars ready and fixed well ive not got money to pay so car has to stay with them now they're saying they dont know anything about wheel locking nut and they didnt loose it i said it was in car when you fixed gearbox and as they have a box full of them they must forget to put them back so now hes being snotty with me and i bet they take my car home and use iit

took my car to a garage today as heater not working said they would ring me when they found out what was wrong with it gave them my mobile number, they rang me over 3 hrs later to say the car was fixed and was ready to pick up at the cost of i thought they were going to ring me with a price £65.00 well i havent got the money today to pay for it so cant get my car back, i thought they were going to ring me with a price and date for repair that was my understanding, so im not a happy bunny, guy was really sharp with me when i asked what they were going to do about my wheel locking nut which they lost when was in for previous job, first they admitted loosing it now they dont feel like such an idiot
