  1. I do actually hold another account with a different bank. Once I've repaid my overdraft, I will be closing the account.
  2. Ok, after speaking with the solicitor he suggested raising a complaint with Barclays. I have done this and they will be refunding my £185 within 24 hours, blocking my card and sending a new one as well as investigating the unauthorised payments. For the guys/girls that this has happened to as well, call your bank's complaints department and crack some skulls.
  3. I see nothing to be embarrassed about. **** happens man, doesn't matter what his opinion is; I'm sure he'll be happy to help you get your money back.
  4. I am speaking with a solicitor today and will post their advice afterwards. I will also make them aware of the information about Mr Taylor and ask if this should be considered as a criminal matter.
  5. My bank won't do ****. I called them twice yesterday and both times they wouldn't set-up a dispute. CCM are obviously aware this has happened so just request a refund from them and we'll take it from there.
  6. I've been on the phone with CCM this morning. They have admitted that this is their error and that monies have been processed incorrectly. They have admitted that they have taken more from me than I even owed them in the first place. Send all details, to collections (at) capitalcm.co.uk if your bank doesn't do the refund for you. I spoke with David.
  7. The suggestions being that Lasker are using CCM account details to withdraw money illegally? That's the kind of feeling I'm getting but that is quite the assumption to make.
  8. Just made a profile to say that this exact thing has happened to me. "Lasker" or whoever the **** have taken £185 from my account over 8 payments. I called Lasker today and was told that it was CCM who have taken this money, I haven't been able to reach CCM but based on other people's replies, it would seem that they are not going to admit liability or take any sort of responsibility. I've quoted the FSA to the bank but the woman still said that the bank won't dispute the charge. Bank is held with Barclays. I'm a DAS employee and will be discussing this with one of the solicitors tomorrow.
