  1. I have only just seen this post can you tell me which company spoke to you in such a disgraceful manner. I had an awful phone conversation when I called Lasker
  2. Nope haven't received my card yet had pin days ago but still no card ?????? Will phone them tomorrow if it hasn't come cause they said 7 - 10 days and its been 9 days today
  3. Omg this is awful u have to cancel ur card straight away as they will keep taking .. They will not respond to the email. I emailed them on the 5th and not heard a thing. It was lasker that took from my account and as i had never had dealings with lasker i was refunded by bank but as they are debiting using capital who you provided details to you may have a but of a fight on your hands. But u r entitled to have ur money back
  4. Well i have already sent them an email saying that i have cancelled dd and that i want to pay by payment book- will this suffice
  5. To be fair i havent had any other problems with santander prior to this and they have now returned my money. From what i have read on forums we would all be better off keeping our money under a pillow where only we have access to it. Certainly wont be forgetting ccm though and im sure seeing as i have cancelled my direct debit that they wont be forgetting me either. But the offer to repay any debt is there but i am to be in control of it
  6. Most definitely not i have requested a payment book off capital .... Have had no response about the email i sent last week. Hopefully ordeal over with !!!!
  7. They said 48 hours from now it appears all my other calls - about 20 of them were not logged even when i spoke to security last wednesday because they have only just logged complaint !!!!!! Frustrating to say the least
