Well, I got all my statements a few days ago, albeit in a burst package with a tatty letter - but got them now. I've worked out that they owe me just under £3000! I knew it was a fair bit but didn't realise it was this much! I'll be sending out the next letter asap

I've had the same. It had a tatty letter from natwest and the envelope had burst open and been resealed by the post office. luckily everything was in there

No, it never said on here to send £10 with it until after my letter was sent. The recommended DPA letter has changed since then.

Hi, I sent the DPA letter to RBS (dated 9th March) and I've received no reply, and the 40 days are up. However since then the DPA letter on the site has changed to include the £10 charge. Should I send another letter with the £10 charge and wait another 40 days?
