After reading your reply, they can whistle for it! They'll not get a brass farthing out of me!! If they want us to pay to park there, then at least provide ticket machines!!! I've a good mind to park there again THIS Sunday, just to get another picture of my car.....

I received a latter from Athena parking that had a photo of my car on it! I used the car park for 20 mins when the Lidl store was closed on a Sunday, I emailed an appeal to them and they have replied via post rejecting my appeal! I have since come across this forum and I now feel that I shouldn't pay them, my partner seems to think that they will just come along and clamp my car if I do! Can you please advise?

I received a 'fine' from Athena a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately I emailed them back appealing the letter, I have since seen this thread. Shall I ignore them from now on as they have had a response form me..(No suprise, my appeal was rejected) My partner seems to think that they can come an clamp my car!! Please can you advise? Thanks
