NPower entered property twice - now billing for old meter!

Hi, this is my first post on the Forums so please be patient.
npower have broken into my house twice in the last five years,
they have been billing me for a meter that they removed and replaced during November 2007,
on both occasions they had a locksmith attend,
managed to break the lock and have had to supply and fit replacements.
The first time they entered my home after a Warrant had been obtained but it appears they didn't bother applying for a Warrant for the second visit.
They didn't leave any paperwork.
In November 2007 I rang them after receiving notice of the Warrant and after a lengthy conversation they agreed they had made errors on my account regarding the billing,
apologised and told me they would stop all recovery action including the application for the Warrant.
I asked them for confirmation of this in writing which I received a week before they applied to the court.
They still went ahead and entered my home regardless, and offered me £350 as compensation.
They replaced my old meter with a pre payment meter
but after I had complained threatening to take action against them, they replaced the pre payment meter with a new credit meter.
However in their wisdom they continue to bill me using the original meter.
In October last year I asked the Energy Ombudsman to intervene as I had just about had enough of npower!
Despite sending copy correspondence to them,
the Energy Ombudsman still haven't contacted npower.
Other than taking them through the small claims court I don't know of any other option to solve this.
Any suggestions?
