Hi can anyone offer some advice??, brighthouse delivered a new sofa to my property recently, and just after they left I noticed that they had damaged my pine cabinet!!. We phoned up straight away and took photos. Its now been weeks and they have finally written a letter back informing us that after there investigation. They hav decided that they won't be doin nothin as we cant show them proof of purchase!!, the day it happen they refused to send someone out to assess the damage:@ and still nobody has come out!!! So apart from them asking there delivery drivers what happend they have done nothing!! So what should we do?? Please help we are so angry
