Hi my mother died at the end of February. She paid up all of the April to march 20112/2012. We were the only ones living in her house. I informed the council tax office and they sent me a new account and bill. They want me to pay again for march. But I already helped her to pay that month. Why should I pay it again. Thanks in advance
