Sent off my prelim letter 14/8/06 and sent off my letter before action after the deadline. Got a reply from the first letter today from Tommy McLean. Just a standard thing saying they wont be repaying it. Counting down the days until I start the court procedures. Does anyone have any advice on which address for the RBOS to use for the claim?

I sent off my preliminary letter along with a schedule of charges 14 days ago to the RBOS with no reply. I am sending the letter before action letter today and will then be submitting a court claim against them if they do not pay up (which I doubt they will). I have been looking into making a claim on the courts website and am unsure what to do if I claiming against a Scottish company. Can anyone give me some advice about how I claim against them?
