Use the procigure so tottaly forgot about this appointment to sign on.

It was on thursday, he phoned in friday evening. The ladie did say his got 5working day to attend.

I allready have connection from my Laptop to my Plasma using a HDMI cable simple really.

BUT i want wireless.................

if i can connect the laptop to the Plasma WIRELESS without having to buy a receiver then great.

If i can't.....

Then i have he Xbox which may beable to give wireless singnal so i can conntect all 3.

Now any ideas on how this is done plz?

look for the blue tooth BLUE symbol

 

dont forget as advised by sol

 

often hp lappies have a slider for wireles/'bluetooth along the front edge of the lappy

 

some require two sldes of it to turn both on

 

look for a blue light coming on

sorry to say there aint a front switch on this HP also no blue light.

i have fixed it now i downloaded some driver info of Microsoft which worked so now i am connected.

i have another question i will need help with.

I can't even open HPwireless assistant DON'T now why. So I can't use that parth

Not being funny or cheaky but is Bluetooth turned on I had similar problem and it was because I had not turned it on.

Is it not possible to search for the gadget you want to connect to your computer rather than searching for computer on gadget

As for drivers goto device manager to find what BT you are using check driver then search for updated version online

I think it's more technical then that, it's a laptop it has a chip which is the Bluetooth device. It's turned on I've enabled it I have made it descoverable. But still no luck.

I missed payments also moved houses,in this crazy time

Time of my life i totally ignored them till this day.

But still get letters demanding payments.i was then in full time employment and have been for 9 years.

But now I am unemployed and on Class 1 National Insurance contribution since end of Feduary 2012.

I have contacted CCCS regarding this and other debts.

I now have to get everything in order and phone them so they can TRY to help.

Hi I got two letter throw my post from FLM QUICK.

Can I post the letter here so it can be looked at and some guidance for what to do next?

1) I sent in a letter for a breakdown,

2) Six days later I receive my breakdown and a copy of my contract.

3) Six days later i receive an e-mail with the tittle IMPORTANT CHANGES TO to your Terms and Conditions.

So shall I post the letter ?

Is your friend a UK citizen and if not do you know if they have taken biometric tests ?

You must must must complete the "looking for work book" if not, I've been told they can stop your benefits. You can write that you have looked in your local paper, searched particular websites etc., but you must complete it. Also the Job Centre seem to be useless at helping people with courses as I have been asking them about free courses for months, to no avail. Not sure what sort of courses you are interested in but I just enrolled today with Learn Direct to do a free computer course - so try your local branch, it's definitely available and best of all free. Try to keep your spirits up and good luck.

I have always completed the book but to be honest it’s allmade up really.

I will push them hard for courses as it’s what I want to do.

I like admin work, I.T and even plumbing, heating, renewalenergy courses.

So let’s see what they can offer me, I will look into thenearest Learn direct courses.

What have you been showing your advisor at your fortnightly signing on appointments? So long as you can justify (with proof) what you are doing to seek work then they should be happy with it.

 

In regards to courses, ask them what they have available - I was sent on a 2 week basic computer course which focused on items such as PowerPoint, Excel and word processing - they even did CV writing with us. They often have access to numeracy and literacy courses and things like customer service skills, employability skills and similar things.

If you don't ask them then they can't know you want to improve your employability and attractiveness to potential employers.

That’s what I asked them but I have to wait till now to beable to go on a course, so yeah for sure I will ask and make inquiries aboutthese courses.

On my book well it’s been 50/50 I’ve done more online jobhunting than anything else.

Also I do need my C.V checked for me so that’s something I willask them.

misslikklebit it is not compulsory to complete the es4 diary but it is adviable to keep written/typed record of jobsearch, and the JCP have had funding for courses whittled back to virtually nothing so courses are far fewer than a couple of years ago which is why places like learn direct teamup weith JCP to offer their services and you can be referred via the JCP for specific areas of training, we work very closely with learn direct and a couple of local colleges who provide varying courses that are funded from somewhere (not sure where sfrom sorry), but there are some vourses available usually very basic but can still be useful.

Sounds good to me I will go in and ask I want a course and Iknow learn direct and JCP do hold courses as well as some colleagues.
