Hi My fixed rate has recently ended and have now began the process of moving the secured element of my mortgage. NRAM have written to me to inform me the rate on the unsecured part of the loan will increase from 4.79% to 12.79%. I don't mind paying but being ripped off is to this degree is outrageous. I would be interested to here if anyone has had any joy. Unfortunatley I dont have my orginal agreement to check the terms and conditions of this awful product.
