Please could I have conformation as to the next step I take against the halifax? I have just had back letter dated the 2nd October offering me a 'gesture of goodwill full and final settlement' of £652. My claim is for £2037 charges going back to 2002 I am also advised in my letter to refer to the financial ombudsman service if I am still unhappy with this offer. What do I do next?:-|
