Hello, I am hoping someone can advise me what my rights are here. I purchased a TV Unit online which was delivered with a fault in it, and so I complained and after waiting a month or so for stock to come in, was sent a replacement. However, although initially on the phone they had said they would collect the old faulty item, when the people arrived to deliver the replacement they did not want it. I then didn't hear anything for a month or so, and they have suddenly called me asking for the old unit back! I have since clear it out and taken it to the tip. Do I have any protection here or am I in trouble?! Many thanks for any assistance anyone can offer! Cheers, Joe.
