Hello Ryan, its really horrible what happened to you, something similar happened to me in TKmaxx, I was taken to court but the CPS drop the charges as they didn't have enough evidence to charge me with, they tried to charge me with fraud, accusing me of returning the wrong item, it was horrifing, they kept me in a small room, searched my personal belongings untill police came, they then kept me in a cell for 12 hours. I am still very upset with this situation. Have you had any response form the CEO, after you sent your letter. I hope you can get a compensation for what you went through. take care.
