Hi, I've only just got round to ringing orange back today about me being charged £34 for my £21 contract, they also didn't give me the internet I was "supposedly" paying for, am I due compensation/can I cancel the contract or anything similar, I'm no expert so don't know what I'm entitled to, but from my eyes they have breached the contract and not provided what I paid for. They have said they will reimburse me the extra money today but I still think I'm due more/can cancel. Thanks for any help in advance.
