Woo Hoo, nice to see a good outcome Really hope I get the same outcome. I have refused repair of my six month old sofa, my point being that a six month old sofa, should not need new springs and filling. Theres only myself and daughter at home, so the sofa has been lightly used. I have had two home visits, which has got me no where. I have now written to the complaints department of DFS and I'm still waiting . . . guess I have a long battle on my hands. Think I may contact the credit company next . . what a nightmare
