Hi people xx Help would be much appreciated x A group of us went up on a hen do the other mnth to Birmingham and after a night out some of my girlies ended up back in the hotel room which I had paid for on my card with some lads who they had just met (I didnt end up staying in the room as I stayed at a friends that night) When i got back the room was abit of a mess but nothing too bad but for damage to the shower in the bathroom which we fixed I have now received a letter from Civil Recovery Solutions acting on behalf of Travelodge saying they are making a claim against me for a hefty amount relating to 'Extensive room damage' and that I have 14 days to settle I am really scared and i dont know what to do There was no way that amount of damage. Does anybody have any advise for me? Will I have to pay up as i do not want to be taken to court :,-( Thanks x
