Council Tax Benefit How many are aware of this?
ziggylee replied to Simon7685's topic in Benefits and HMRC
That's very interesting, I remember a friend of mine who had the Nostradamus book with different bits highlighted, apparently they were places where he said the world was going to end in 2000! This was in late 80s/early 90s. But I didn't know the Bilderbergs also predicted the end of the world, I thought they were just concerned with making the world work to suit their agenda. -
The TV ads targetting pensioners are just as bad! Many older people such as the ones depicted on their 3D rendered dolls wouldn't understand their terms and may be surviving on a low pension. Tobacco advertising is not allowed, the same should apply to Wonga and other loan sharks like them.

No, they won't force you to sell regardless! Just because you have a CO on your property doesn't mean you have to sell it or it will be repossessed. A CO is a way of securing an unsecured debt and, while they are all too easy to obtain, Orders for Sale, which is what's required to force you to sell, are very rare! In fact, they are hardly ever granted for consumer debt under £25k. If the debt is yours and the property is jointly owned all they can register is a restriction. Even with a full CO the'd never get an Order for Sale for £3k.

If they've admitted they couldn't find your CCA then they can't go to court with this. I have a debt in a similar situation, oer 2 years since they admitted not having a CCA, not paid a penny since, only hear from them once a year.

Given that most companies claim not to hold any data older than 6 years, not very likely they will find anything. The latest T&Cs are irrelevant. Given the age of this debt, it's very likely to be unenforceable even if not SBd.

Hello, I've got a 3 year old Epson Stylus 1400 (A3 printer) with a clogged up printhead. I have owned quite a few Epsons and they all seem to develop this problem. Does anyone know if it's possible to get the printhead cleaned or replaced? Thanks
