What's soga and I'm going to wait till Monday see what they have to say if they tell me they aren't replacing the laptop then we will proceed with other means of getting a laptop out of them!

I sent my laptop in for repair 3 weeks before the end of my agreement whilst the laptop was been "repaired" I finished my agreement and the laptop was mine then I rang up 4 weeks after sending the laptop in to be fixed and they told me the laptop was beyond repair to when I questioned where is my laptop as it was mine and was still useable to anyone who didn't mind keeping it plugged in they said it was recycled how the hell can they recycle something that isn't thiers any more and is mine with out asking me first if they had I would have said send it back I'm still arguing the point with them atm and will get a laptop out of them because that laptop wasn't thiers to recycle!
