This is going round the houses a bit, i phoned newlyn they fobbed me of saying to talk to bailiff so i tried and nothing, then he called me and not very nicely said were not getting them back till after the stat dec has been herd at court.

Newlyn have not replyed to emails so i'll try ringing again tomorrow, if no joy will go into the police station agian and tell them im scared to keep the car at home due to him having a key (to which they will then say if he steals it hes broken the law) I also had a good read through the newlyn site and there code of practice, seems he thinks its a list of things NOT to do having an early night to try get some sleep for once.

Ive wrote to everyone (including a cllr at Bournemouth town hall) only stickie issue i have now is the police say i need to get the keys and v5 back myself because hes not permenently depriving us of the items?????? Still worried to leave car outside as he has broken the law a few times already. Emailed the office of fair trading too. Cant get the car repaired on insurance because they will write it off and give us £600!!!!!!

I think the council are realising i mean buisness, i phoned to see if the bailiffs had been put on hold and the lady said i have to phone the TEC? I explained that the nice lady in the council office yesterday said I can phone there anytime to find out if they have, she then went quiet (i would guess at talking to someone else in the office) then came back on and said what is your name? to which i told her, then she went all nice and said yes this one has been put on hold but i have the PCN number for the second one that you need to make a stat dec for. I really think they are rattled down there and know they have all messed up. Now that the bailiffs have been put on hold can i go to the police about keys and v5 again?

Right, council were very nice this time they handed my letter of complaint to top dog in the parking services bit, wrote me a very thorough reciept, checked the system to see if the TEC had emailed and gave me a direct number o keep checking. I was so supprised how different this lady was in the council office, i actually walked out quite shocked as i had riled my self up so not to take and rubbish. Baby girl looking a bit better today and no sign of Mr Bailiff and his mate since this morning.

TEC forms sent via email and they have told me be processed today once action has been called off should I contact the bailiff to try get the keys and v5 back and if he refuses phone police? What sort of timeframe can i give him? Off down council to hand deliver complaint form and copy of newlyn complaint form and asking for reciepts.

oh and theres a nice boot print on the door, hes scaring the @@@@ out of us. I did get a 10 sec filming of his van outside but my battery died on phone.

hes here with another one at 8 this morning what sounded like kicking the door, i phoned police and they ask for discription and sorts and as i was talking to them he drove off, they said if he comes back phone 999. TEC have sent me via email the right forms and i am filling out and will get sent back asap, the very helpful man there said they have our house number as A when i told him it has FFF on the door so this could be the reason of mail going astry? We get i called either by differnt places. Letter of complaint to council is being hand deliverd today and i will ask for reciept.

little bit off subject but have been informed by police that thers no proof that this FRIENDS boyfriend damaged the car but (i dont know how this would work) my partner thinks we could hold the council responsible (once everything else is sorted) for this damage due to the fact if all this hadnt happend or hadnt happend in a dodgy way the car would have always be safe on the drive? Lady downstairs from us told me she found the bailiff hunting through her garden looking for the clamp friday afternoon to which she told him to get out and apparently he was all apoligetic. Another thing is i was talking to a friend who was with me when i spoke to bailiff on phone and he said he had our back door key aswell???? the only other key that was in the glove box was an old caravan key from years ago and to top it off we live in an upstairs flat (no back door)

once this is al done i WILL find a way to repay all your help and kindness. I will right a full update on the whole situation after ive done all i need to tomorrow.

How am i trying to be cleaver, i was told to put this up here, i want to pay the fine i just want to stay within the law granted i took the clamp of but i have a verry ill child and need to get to hospital at the drop of a hat and panicked if i could not use the car to do it, nobody has to help on here and im soooo appreciative of any help. I suffer with dislexia and a form of adhd, my organisational skills are almost none excistant and i have a support worker for this. if everyone has this opinyon that i dont deserve help then please tell me and i will leave.

what next i feel so ill what have i done in a previous life!!! the so called friend where the car was hiddens boyfriend has damaged all the side of the car after sending texdt messages to move it now!!!!! i want to cry!!!

The car is worth about £1500 but the wheels that are on it are worth that again, i told the police he said he was going to report it stolen and they had a little chuckle and said but its not his car. car is in a place they will never find it i even thought they were following me earlier (i was in a different car) but a friend pulled out infront of them and held them up, but could never be shure it was them. Did i mention two more baliffs in vans turned up 5 mins after he did then left 5 mins later?

the first i knew of the pcn was when the clamp was on the car, the lady at the council said i was lying and that 8!!! letters had been sent out, i can swear that i never knew anything about this. I have not moved at all since i have been the registerd keeper.

Yesterday at about 7 oclock my partner went outside to find her car clamped!!! she came upstairs crying and i went down. After about five minutes a man appered and said my name and i said yes, he said i have clamped your car for unpayment of a parking fine? I said to him for one i dont know what your talking about and two thats not my car. He said its your name on the ownership to which i said i am the registerd keeper because im responsable for the tax as ive been using it since she had a miscarrage. He said got any proof its hers, thinking i was trying it on but she got her recipt and even showed him the money coming out on her bank statements, he said nah thats not proving nothing. i said a parking fine cant be that much to which he said £800!!!! i said we are on a very low income and benifits we cant afford that cant i pay in weekly installments, he said no chance pay by 12pm next day or the cars going, this is when he held up the spare key and the v5 for the car that he must of got out the glovebox (car was left unlocked on drive as my partner had to carry the baby up and i had only just been dropped of by a friend. To cut a long story short he threatend to smash the window on the car with the baby and my partner in and to come in the house to take everything if i cant pay the full amount in cash. He also damaged the wheel of the car badly whith the clamp. i know i was wrong to do this but we have a sick baby and need the car at any time and my partner was going mad at me as its her car so when he was gone as im a qualified mechanic i got the clamp off by dimantling all the suspension componants, not one scratch was caused to the clamp and ive even been into the police to explain and they said its fine as long as it was not damaged and i tell him he can collect (which ive done) they also said if he does not give the v5 and key back its theft. Today ive been to cab very nice but not the biggest help, the police were a great help to where i stand in law, the council who issued the ticket (say its nothing to do with them and im lying about not knowing anything about this, magistraits court (they say its not a fine with them so i need to talk to the council), Ive phoned newlyn (the lady said we dont get involved with our baliffs and slammed the phone down. I really dont know what to do next, im lost and my partner is so ill and down because of this and were scared to go out, please someone help us please the car is well hidden away, also noticed a large bootprint on our front door when got home?
