  1. Hi, I have found out that a transaction from a your moneystole £67,75 from my bank account. I bank with Lloyds TSB and I rang the bank twice this evening. The first call, I was given an 0844 number where the person on the phone was not helpful, saying I need to write to them! I have had no adress, and it will take 10 days for it to clear! I rang the bank again, and they said this is something to do with txt-loan. I had a loan out with them, and we agreed a £50 a month payment plan. He has told me to contact the bank's fraud line tomorrow, and I should get the money back. Why do they do this? What shall I do to get this money back?
  2. Hi, I took out a £575 loan with Wonga back in November. I have made part-payments by defering the loan. Luckily in December I had the money to pay, but recently I've fallen into financial dissaray and can not afford to pay this off. I have rang and e-mailed Wonga SIX times in the last two weeks. Each one of them has said ring on the day it's due. My bank takes money at midnight each time there is a payment due. I've basically been forced to pay £153 part-payment to get this extended and this has decimiated my account. Luckily any remianing moneys, I have had to transfer to an online savings account so it remainds unscathed. Currently, I am off work due to anexity problems, and it feels like I am hitting a brick wall. Is there anyway to sorted this out ASAP and get the £153 back? This is really worrying me.
