  1. Hi are there any cases that people have been able to get out of contract because of 90% bad reception? I have a T mobile contract which give me No recption which is where I am 85 percent of the time and In my room. I'm in a flat and for reception I have to go outside which is unfair for me. However Tesco mobile and 3 mobile and O2 and orange and vodaphone have good reception in doors. Can I make a comparison case here and get out of the contract with out paying the full amount to leave. I have contacted T mobile, they have said they will reduce the contract by 10 pounds which I think is unfair seening as there are other providers with perfect reception. I didn't know this area has bad recption specifically with T mobile. They did suggest that I must have checked before moving to this location. My post code is BS16 1ZL. Anyone else I have asked with T mobile has the same problem. I have contacted the community legal advice team and they said I have to get in touch with consumer direct. I have contacted the consumer direct but they say the same thing as T mobile. Isn't the contract unfair? One T mobile website they seem to say I have perfect reception. But I just need some general advice. Thanks Sorush
  2. I had made a mistake in my previous post. I did let 7 working days for the second letter to get a reply. I think that is enough and was recommended in the how to. The dead line for the second letter was 23. Feb. 2007. The time is up and I will be filing for a claim online on the monday 26th Feb. 2007. That is it really. I have not received a single reply at all. Both of my letters were recorded del. and all got there without any problems. I should have got a reply by now. I have one problem. I am unable to send all the details on line for claiming money back. They only allow the writing of 24 lines text to be writted for the particulars of the claim. I don't think that would be enough for the inclusion both the letter before actions and primary letters. Is it just me or is there a way to attach these ?
  3. I will be sending the second letter before action LBA to abbey 1st March 2007. Since the 10th Feb 2007 it will have been 14 working days.
  4. Sent second letter. I will be filing for court case at Kingston Upon Thames County court in seven working days from now. Next Mon 19th. Feb
  5. It has now been 14 days since I sent the letter into them. They have received it as I did send it as recorded delivery. Should I now send in the second letter?
  6. I am claiming £243.62 inclusive of interest. I have sent the first letter to them using the templet.
  7. I am claiming for my nationwide credit card and nationwide flex account. I just sent a letter totaling the amount for both. The total amount of :£549.52. I think I have the same amount for American Express and another card. I hope I get it. 1.02.2007 Update They have received the mail as it was recorded delivery on the 31.st.Jan.

  9. I have had the domains for 3 years now. So I need to complain and get thorough to them asap.
  10. It looks like 123-reg.co.uk have neglected the service much too much. I think I will call them on the perimium number and get the certificate to my post. Then I will claim back for their messy work by court.
  11. I never realized I have to receive a registeration certificate. What does it look like anyways? Is it a piece of card or something. I didn't really know you had to get one.
  12. Yes well that is the problem. My tiscali.co.uk account is the one that I registered with and I can't do anything about it because I have contacted tiscali but they have not been able to give me back my email. This is a company website and they are costing me money. I want to make a claim for two months £500 pounds. I really don't know what to do. This is the potential amount of money that I have lost from odd jobs from the web site not beening transfered on time for me to get mony.
  13. Well I don't have my login details and my email has changed from the one that I have used to register the email. So that is the problem. They still have not managed to give me my details. I do not want to contact the perimium number and I have tried it once before but no luck. And fasthost do not own 123 reg , pipex do. All it comes down to is an office a few serversa and a bunch of wires.
  14. I don't want to wait 6 more years. For the banks to be able to have enough time to change the law. Do you think that in the near future the law will change in favour of the banks? Right now I have a positive balance on my account which means I have put more money back into the account than I should have. I think this is a good starting point for me to make a claim for the unfair bank charges. I don't think they should be allowed to cancel my account. Is there anyway of preventing this from happening?
  15. Thanks for that. Can the credit card company stop providing me their service and can my credit limit be damaged, as well as credit rating?
  16. I think we need a new forum for hosting services and domain registrars. 123-reg.co.uk has been messing me about since April. And it has still not given me the login details to me for my domain so that I can change my registrars and hosting company. I don't know what to do. Can I sue them fo rmoney and wasted time. The domain are company domains. Alborz.uk.com, and iraneuro.com. They are just not taking any notice. They are sending me form one door to another. I want compensation too.
