  1. Thanks dx. Yes, I have read the thread, but just wondered if anyone was in the same position as me in that nothing had been put in place by Picture Loans and what Idem could do if I refused to send my income and expenditure forms. I had nothing in writing from Picture Loans to say they did not accept the £50 per month payment. Also, ref credit ref - I am not sure if it does. Do you recommend I check first? Many thanks
  2. I'd really appreciate some advice. As part of my divorce, my ex husband wanted our house to be sold. We had a mortage and a second charge on the property which was in negative equity. I was able to apply for a mortgage rescue scheme whereby a housing association agreed to purchase the property and I would then be a tenant in the property along with my two children. There was a shortfall in the value of the property which meant that there was not enough money left to pay off the second charge (Picture Loans). Picture Loans requested an income/expend form to be completed by both my ex and I together with a payment offer. I offered them £50 per month. This was in Feb 2011, I think. Since then, Picture Loans released the charge on the property which enabled the property to be sold to the housing association and I am now a tenant. I have had no correspondence from Picture Loans from the time I made the offer of £50.00. No payments have been requested or made..... Fast forward to Nov 2011 - I received a telephone call from Idem Servicing. The guy who I spoke to seemed helpful. I explained the situation and he said they would be looking for me to start making the payment of £50 per month. I (foolishly) agreed to pay £50 for Nov and £50 for Dec (debit card payment..). The guy asked me to complete another income/exp form which they have posted to me. My question is - do I have to complete the form again. Can they make me pay the £50 per month. Can they increase the amount? I am not sure what to do? Sorry it's such a long post - but would really appreciate any advice - I am so worried about this. Many thanks Helbel
