LBL tell me they can STILL take my car after the appeal by date because i signed a bill of sale - are they playing with me in the hope il panic, find a money tree & pay them do you think? (i am usually an intelligent lady but my confidence is now zero so i may be asking you silly questions here just to clarify!) They say the court order only affects new business but they are very much going to appeal? - would they leave it this late to appeal normally?? I'm hoping to god they dont appeal as after Friday i will be able to call the police and fight the repossession. I cant imagine how embarrased you was at work - how evil are these people!! One annoying part is the owners wont face criminal charges - there are many people in prison who have more feelings and morals than these sharks.

They tell me that even then they can still take my car?? I just dont understand. I cant hide my car as i'm disabled so worried sick - not slept for 3 nights. If, after the 16th they have not appealed but they come for my car - what do i do?? - is it a police matter? Please help me someone. Does it look positive that they havent yet appealed?

How long do they have to lodge their appeal? Does most on here think they will? If not when does their licence expire?

Hi guys, I too have been going through hell with LBL! I am struggling to pay them but also terrified they will take my car as its needed for my son's hospital appointments. recently, questioned them and they informed me that they are very much going to appeal and therefore can still take my car. Can anyone who understands the legal side of this let me know if this is true and if tey can indeed take my car? Many thanks
