Hi, well thank you Clarabucket - gave me a telephone number and loads of advice and have been offered £700, almost all my money back. they offered me less than half - we agreed a price over the phone, now waiting conformation letter, and then ill have my money back. result! we await the letter..... -

recieved a letter stating that a customer relations manager will investigate my points, and i will recieve a reply shortly,.....certainly no later than 4 weeks! i will asume that i give them the 14days then issue the next letter from the templates?? -

ok, finnaly got all my statements, once ive done my spead sheet, should i send it direct to this lady who has sorted out me getting the statements? best to stick to one contact right? shouldnt go to anyone else? -

right well all appologetic, apparently mine has be lost in the department changes over the last..... and i know have to send them proff that i have recieved a letter from them etc etc, any way given them till fri to sort their act out or, complants and court it is then! -

well still no - reply of my total of charges owed to me, and i am now reporting them to the information commissioner. -

sorry to be dense but it says to send a letter to the Data Protection Act request letter in the library? who/how/where! i dont get it! -
how do i start trying to clam back all my bank charges from the halifax i know there is some where over £600!!!! help please who do i contact?
