Have realised that I had PPI on my CC but never thought about claiming as I had little original paperwork (over 10 years since I started it) and no recollection on any conversations regarding PPI when I started it. However, after reading this forum, I realise that they should have enquired about my employee benefits which would have made the PPI unnecessary since I have 12 months sick pay plus death benefits. So I'm going to bite the bullet and have a go. I've been going through the stickies for a few hours and I can see that some of them are pretty old. What's the current best practice for a claim on CC PPI? Is it still a SAR request then the template for a claim? Cheers Coxy
