we to have ,sorry are having the same problems with carpenters solicitors , following an accident in july ,which was a clear cut case of the other party being at fault ,they (carpenters) were appointed for us , after a great start ,it has come to nothing ,we now are chasing them almost daily , and as the other person has said ,it seems to fall on deaf ears ,, we wonder if someone else could take the case over ?? can,t be any worse off !!!!
