Hi, I've been having an issues with payments and I have been struggling with my course, too. My decision to take one of HLC courses was too quick due to very nice talk of the recruitment guy (limited number of students, a great future with certificate, etc.). Secondly not everything he said is as he said, especially the way of support they provide. My work condition haven't changed yet and now I work hard just to pay the course I ain't able to study. The quality of the course books I wont even mention, why they don't use MS materials and reprint own version?!? Anyways, could you forward me the copy of your cancellation letter, please??
