Hi, I have a judgment in my favour against a removals company that has refused to compensate me for damages during my move. The bailifs have not been useful. Waste of money in fact. I am now applying for a Third Party Debt Order. The problem is that the defendant, which is a company, is using a different trading name on its bank account. I have the bank account details, but the name is different from the defendant's name. Any suggestions as to what I should do about this? I fear that if I were to serve the defendant's bank with a third party debt order, and there is a different name on the bank account, the search will simply draw a blank. Thanks.
