I need help ive fallen behind with payments with brighthouse and have not had goods long enough to pay a third off account balance i was away from home and brighthouse took two items without my consent and made my wife give goods by saying he would.get police round the account is in my name not in my wifes name yet he signed a yellow repossesion agreement that has my name at the top yet made my wife sign as she was scared as she was in at 8pm on her own and this bloke said he would call police if items wasnt given to him. What are my rights as my consent was never given as i was away.
