if it was like the message they left me it gave you an option to speak to someone by pressing one.also yesterday i did do 1471 and got the number yesterday got to speak to someone yesterday he asked my to answer some security questions told him that i dont do questions and told them writting only then hung up.

I think you will find that it might be these lot equidebt as I have just started to receive these calls...

I recieved this from welcome today but I didnt ask for this does this mean they are putting a charge on where I live or are they just trying to scare me into paying more then what im paying at this time.I have sent a letter to them complaining about one of their threat monkeys that had my wife in tears as she wouldnt give the password to him even tho she does know it but I have always dealt with it. I know I have a lot of unfair charges on it as well as ppi.If possible some advice would really help with this. thanks

Im sorry if its it the wrong place. I filled out the fscs application form and sent it off to them.I am stuck as what to do now as Ive had a letter from Welcome now asking me to send them the original version or a certified copy of my passport or driving licence so to allow them to confirm my identity as they are unable to match my signature to the records they have on file.( as i only put my initials on it )I have spoke to one of the Customer services team but just got told they need it to go forward with my claim. Once again sorry if its in the wrong place.
