yes you can say a purchase is supposed to be "fit for purpose" then quote the price you paid and state you could resonably expect it to last longer than one year. sale and supply of good act covers this, the 12 month warrentee is rubbish compared with it. good luck

what level do the banks dare to charge you after a successfull claim? sent my refund request last friday 23/06/06 i only got 3 years worth of bank statments so i just rang hsbc helpline for a list of charges/dates and what the charge was for the advisor on the phone asked if i wanted to give a contact number and i said no because a phone call was not evidence in court he agreed and wished me luck in "everything you do" lmao
