Hi i started a 16hrs min wage job April 1st 2011. Claimed wtc ctc housing benefit. I was sacked one month later through no fault of my own. I continued my claim and have told inland rev that i still am working there. Today inland rev have written from tax credit office asking for all details hours payroll etc and asking me to ask my employer to update her employee records......i should have been on jobseekers since may. What shall i do??? Very frightened.
