i have been one payment behind and threatend with repossesion,and sufferd ridicule and abuse over the telephone by cygnet finance representatives. i have emailed there complaints department today and asked for a same day response. i will post there reply. times are hard for every one and a little more compassion is needed from cygnet finance and other sub prime lenders. regards tony
