Hi I received a repossession order today and i have been told that i need to fill in n244 form. can someone help me with it. My mortgage company changed to engage credit and I had an order in 2008 to pay £150 extra a month. I still owe approx 3,600. When the mortgage company changed they did not include my 150 extra payment and now they want repossession. I have offered to pay and have paid july's extra but they said they not going to accept it.
