  1. I hope I can get it in then, here's hoping...
  2. Thanks to being ill, I haven't been able to get the questionnaire in ontime (the 28th was the date it needed to be in by), so is there anything I can do now? If not, that's a waste of £120....
  3. Thanks!!! Will have my questionnaire filled in very soon!!! Can't wait to see my bank's henchmen, I, er, mean "Employees" ;-) on the other side of the table...
  4. Errm, help!!! I started the questionnaire last night, but got a bit stuck... Witnesses - Do I need any? Experts - Says on the back that I don't need them unless they court specifies to do so, so that's ok... Hearing - I should be fine to be there in the next 4 months Other information - Now this is the really sticky bit, do I need to add anything to here? Something to help me in this case I guess? Thanks in advance...
  5. Sneaky sods, I was waiting for the 8th as nothing had happened so far, then checked MoneyClaim on the 9th (as on the 8th it said that the bank had not done anything yet) and it said the bank has entered a defence!!! They're as bad as me, doing things last minute and all... Anyways, got the questionaire, need to get it filled out and sent in (with the additional fees (glad I'm working!!!)), so then the bank really knows I mean business...
  6. Right, been working for a month and finally have paid the £120 court fees, so, hopefully, in about a month or two's time I should have my money back, and I'm not settling for half either...
  7. Hmm, house sitting tonight... Anyways, got the details in, all submitted, then hit yet another problem, I don't have the required £120 court fee, are there any ways aroung this at all? I'm currently receiving Income Support and Housing Benefit*, and I noticed that people on benefits can claim without the need to pay... *Injured back and severe depression (Lloyds TSB and their overcharging charges being one of the causes) prevented me from working for a year, going back soon though...
  8. Thankyooooo!!!! I'll get it all sorted out once I'm sober (Saturday night, helped my brother move house, babysitting, so I have to have a drink.... )...
  9. Well, got a standard letter today stating they're sorry they can't add anything to the last letter blah blah blah, so, it's off to moneyclaim (at the correct time of course...)... So, back to that question, I'm just a little stuck, I'm at the Particulars of Claim section and I'm not sure what to type in this box (I've added the interest claim bit though, that was easy), so I could do with a bit of help from experienced people (I.E. Who have won against Lloyd's the S**ts Bank)... Thanks!!!
  10. Ontop of the £1200 insurance??? One....
  11. Nuts.... Oh well, I suppose there'll be plenty more 2CVs out there just waiting for me to buy them.... I hate LloydsTSB....
  12. Still nothing yet, and I'm getting a tad nervous as I'm still after the same 2CV and it looks like it'll be selling soon so I really need the money back....
  13. Just out of curiosity, do they pay up in less than a week or do they wait till the last day? I only ask as there's a 2CV I have my eye on at the moment and they want £900 for it...
  14. Well, I consider a standard letter with a bundled leaflet as a negative response... Let's just hope it doesn't get stretched out for anymore than 14 days though, I have bills to pay and a NatWest account to open...
