Hello Dear Friends and fellow Caggers, and a special hi for the "Fanclub" you know who you are ! sorry ive been away for so long but it was thought prudent at the time although rest assured i have been following things from afar and also getting regular updates from a certain special someone called "BA":madgrin: as has been alluded to following some excellent advice i aquired a extremely able and may i say highly principled Solictor and as a result as was advised my case was discontinued with all cost's paid. i would like to say yet again thank you for the support from this site which was invaluable, what a sincere group of people i have had the pleasure of being in contact with i have been truly humbled and as dramatic as it sounds there have been times throughout what has felt like persecution from which i have only been saved from doing something silly by the kind and helpfull words from certain members on this forum again than you i only hope i can be as helpfull to others in the same place that i was in the future. Now let the questions begin !!

What happens if they do not serve within 14 days ?

Yes as CD said it was a local Bod, interesting about the judges comments onthe other case is it not possible then to quote the other DJ words in a defence especially as it was won outright or does it not work that way ? Regards R

Not a word was more concerned about it being unfair that i was not served at my primary address and than when i was i acted promptly to sort it out and most of his other comments were prompted when i rebutted their brief's accusations. ooh and their brief kept saying that i had no real prospect of winning and he said something which i didnt quite catch as my heart was thumping in my ears with the words "stick to the facts" and thats when he said the bit about the cayman Islands because their brief said something about their assignment. Sorry for such a poor rendition of the procedings but i was really terrified and had to summon up a load of inner strength to keep myseld planted in the seat and not run out and be sick

i SAR BC already and have statements for the last 6 years so what's my next move ?

no not yet all my time was spent on the set aside and was not really sure how to even begin on claiming ppi it looks really complex

should i point out in my complaint that their counsel suggested they did not need a CCL and i was raving mad ?

oh yes also they tried and tried to get me to say i owed the debt but i reminded them that as the assignment was illegal they could not profit from a criminal offence and i had not the faintest idea who could possibly own it but i knew without a shadow of a doubt it was not them !!!

Hi CD i just meant the set aside bit as i know from when i was searching originally for help seeing that on post gave me some comfort and the courage to ask for help as for the brief it was a local bunch and when i presented my defence they said they had no knowledge about MTR and also was quite vocal in asking me why on earth and were does it state in black and white that HFO even need a CCL to buy and collect debts

what is the meaning of bad /14 day service of notices ? and should i do something in the meantime or just try to rest which i have not done since this started

im sure they will CD as i get the impression they are trying to get as much money before a revocation as possible i am emailing Polly ashford to complain about their conduct. is there anything else i should do now like a CCA to put the account in dispute etc ?

hi gez what kind of details do you want to know and ill try to tell you i really was scared my mouth went dry and at one point i could not speak

to be honest im not sure i was so terrified and their brief was apsolutely livid going bright red and saying cpr this cpr that i stopped listening although he did say i had a real prospect of success and shot there brief some odd comment ref cayman islands he also muttered something to me about 14 days but i dont know what he meant lol

Evening Caggers and a good one it is not sure how to change the title of my post but thank you to everyone who has helped me along the road i must give a very special thanks to a certain mr BA who i can only say was my rock and gave me the support and confidence to go forward it is with great jubilation i can let everyone know that WE WON as i really do believe it was a CAG win we will now see what happens i must say you folks are a really wonderful bunch whose selfless acts of help have made me very proud to be a member of this community i really wish there was something i could do to show my appreciation and anyone who needs my help need only ask. any updates or questions just ask. thank you all R
