    Ooo I cant remember now sorry I just looked online and the address I sent it to was in St Helens somewhere. I got a reply a few weeks later so I think even if I sent it to the wrong place they must forward it to the correct department anyway.

    It took about 4 weeks in all. I got a slightly higher than normal payment as a one off (by about £10) and the extra amount was deducted from the week after.

    I have to pay back approx £20 per week this tax year, and it says any other money will be taken over future tax years. I can cope with that. I have just over 5k to pay back. My letters where the same as yours.

    I was overpaid 5k but I only have to pay it back £20 per week and I can cope with that just fine. Dont worry.

    Same here I had a letter saying I had been overpaid by 5 grand and they will recoup it, but this tax year I will only be paying approx £700 and the rest they will recoup over the coming years. My payment has been reduced by about £25 a week which I miss but I can cope with. Joolyc you are very right!

    Yes the date was on the letter. I wish I could remember the name of the person who signed it now. TUT. I am so disorganised.

    Oh I have had the letter for about 6 weeks now too sorry I just had to wait until the nursery sent me the evidence and I only got it back this morning. I went to get the letter so I knew where to post it and it was like a rock hard crusty ball in my dressing gown pocket!!!!!

    I have to everything in by Thursday. I have just got a letter from my childcare provider stating the dates my kids have attended since and how much I pay. I'm going to send it recorded this afternoon.

    I had a letter from the compliance team about my childcare. I have the evidence requested but I accidentally put the letter in the washing machine and I dont have the address now to send my paperwork to. Can anybody get me the address from their own letter?
